保姆/青幼年活動企劃


義務:創造孩童們(年紀約為3~17歲)能安心、快樂、成長而流連忘返的世界。

創構智力或歡樂活動,並帶動孩童一同遊戲,如海盜尋寶、拼圖、疊積木、一同用餐等。
團隊合作:與部門夥伴一同合作照顧小客人,有時和其他部門一同合作帶領小客人遊玩,如護士、岸上觀光部門等。
清掃環境:確保小客人的健康無虞。
語言能力:英文+第二~三種語言。
其他主管交代事項。

薪資:USD $1500/ per month (此為參考薪資,依照各遊輪等級與規定有多少差異。)皇家加勒比國際遊輪 RCCL (USD$ 1560 ) & 嘉年華遊輪 CCL (USD$ 1527.18) & 挪威遊輪 NCL (USD$ 1500),以最終通知為主,以上為參考。

Royal Caribbean International is now recruiting Youth Staff (Seasonal) ready for an exciting life at sea.  Imagine spending your day playing games and your evenings hosting a parade of Pirates ready to take over any ship. The Youth Staff must be outgoing while ensuring friendly, jovial and positive attitude with children and parents at all times.  Ensuring the safety and supervision of all children participating in activities.  Ensuring the playroom is cleaned and organized as per standards established at the end of each shift and keeping up the children’s hygiene level by consistently tending to their needs.

In addition to other requirements, potential candidates should have one year physical fitness and/or recreational sports instruction background with resorts, sports facilities or related recreational facilities.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Participates in embarkation procedures by disseminating information regarding the Adventure Ocean Program, Youth Evacuation Plan, and directing and escorting guests to staterooms.
  • Determines the activities to initiate based on the ages and the needs of the children assigned to participate in the scheduled activity. Organizes and leads a variety of established age appropriate activities.
  • Maintains discipline within assigned group to ensure safety precautions are followed.


Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in education, recreation or related field from an accredited university or college or the international equivalent.
  • Three to five years experience working with large groups of youths ages 6 months -17 years.
  • Experience working in school sponsored youth groups, YMCA, camps or similar positions preferred.
  • Infant and child CPR certification and life saving certification from the American Red Cross or similar certifying organization.
  • Working knowledge of computers, internet access and the ability to navigate within a variety of software packages such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests
  • All international applicants must have the ability to obtain C1/D1 visa  (and other relevant visas) when applicable
  • Must meet all physical requirements, including the ability to participate in emergency life-saving drills and required training.

Operational Effectiveness:

  • Stays “above the line” and accepts ownership for achieving results in all areas of accountability including SGI, ratings, revenue, Workplace Safety.
  • Ensures all operating standards and procedures are executed consistently.
  • Is present in operational areas during key periods – 80% of time is on floor.
  • Effectively plans departmental activities including cruise grids, events and promotional activities.
  • All areas are clean, USPH compliant and visually appealing at all times.
  • All equipment is properly repaired and maintained.
  • Adequate products, including food, beverage and supplies, are on hand at all times.
  • Upholds Brand Service, Safety, Environmental and other company policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • All shipboard employees must be physically able to participate in emergency life saving procedures and drills.  Full use and range of arms and legs as well as full visual, verbal and hearing abilities are required to receive and give instructions in the event of an emergency including the lowering of lifeboats.  Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • All shipboard employees must be able to communicate in the English language in order to understand and interpret written procedures.  This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from guests, supervisors and co-workers.
